Landlord Fees

Services

We offer three types of letting service –

• TOTAL MANAGED Service – 18% inclusive of vat (equal to 15%+vat)
• LET ONLY Service – 9.6% inclusive of vat (equal to 8%+vat)
• RENT COLLECTION Service – 12% inclusive of vat (equal to 10%+vat)

Other associated fees when letting a property

• Tenancy Agreement – £180.00 (inclusive of vat)
• Gas Certificate – £120.00 (inclusive of vat)
• Energy Performance Certificate – £144.00 (inclusive of vat)
• Deposit Registration – £120.00 (inclusive of vat)
• Property Inspection – £90.00 (inclusive of vat)
• Legionnaires Certificate – £120.00 (inclusive of vat)
• Inventory – £270.00 for a 1 bedroom and increase by £10.00 increments for each additional bedroom.
• Check out – £60.00
• Change of tenant on Let Only Service Only – £300.00 (inclusive of vat) is due by the landlord in order to complete the paperwork for facilitate the change in tenant. This is payable in advance prior to the completion of paperwork.

All of the above fees include VAT at the rate of 20%, but are subject to change should the VAT rate increased.
We reserve the right to amend our fees if prior notice is given.

Leonard Leese’s redress scheme is with The Property Ombudsman, which we are a member.

Leese Leese is not a member of a client money protection scheme.

All deposits registered by Leonard Leese are held by The Deposit Protection Scheme in their custodial scheme.
